Tomasso Pizza, Barcelona

These guys make seriously good pizza. I am still thinking about that pizza now. I wish we had somewhere as good here in Glasgow. Handmade, wood fired, topped as you like, fresh, huge delicious.
I have my own oven and spent hours researching doughs and sauces and techniques so I am pretty fussy. This was good.
