Nothing better than a boiled egg (hopefully with the yolk slightly soft) with some butter, Maldon sea-salt and pepper.

Simple pleasure II
This is a mighty fine thing:
a Gin and Tonic made from Hendrick's Gin, Fever-tree tonic and a chunk of cucumber. The Gin being frozen, and the ice as large as you can get it.
